This week's episode is a sermon based on Isaiah 51 and the Gospel of Matthew.
Hello everyone, and welcome back to a brand-new episode of The Bible You Thought You Knew.
In today's episode, I'm going to do a sermon I preached at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church.
It's called "A Rock and a Hard Place" (as is the episode) and it's based on two scriptures: Isaiah 51, verses one through six, and the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 16, verses thirteen through twenty.
In it, I will be discussing the Church, its foundation, and the nature of prophets.
Why am I talking about this?
Tune in to the episode to find out!
